I have hurt my left arm, thinking i have tendonitis around my elbow. Ive waited a few days for it to get better but it seems to be slow healing. I do not want to completelt stop working out. I am currently running a 3 day a week full body variation of 531. Would it be ok to instead of do upper body just do heavy legs 3 (squats and deadlifts with accessory) times a week. Or is that too much leg work.
